Section 12950.1 of the
California Government Code,
which took effect January 1,
2005, states in part that " (a) By
January 1, 2006, an employer
having 50 or more employees
shall provide at least two hours
of classroom or other
effective interactive training
and education regarding sexual
harassment to all supervisory
employees who are employed
as of July 1, 2005, and to all
new supervisory employees
within six months of their
assumption of a supervisory
position."
SFV/NELA NOW has a team of
highly qualified trainers and a
comprehensive manual for you
to follow to enable employers
to comply with this law and to
achieve a people-friendly
workplace with safeguards
against harassment and
discrimination.

engaging in agitation and propaganda to promote
our ideals
• Organizing within political and social
